Utah Laser Pro Orders Privacy Policy

Utah Laser Pro Orders is an internal order and production dashboard operated by Utah Laser Pro for its authorized team.

Information used

The dashboard stores customer identifiers and names, order specifications, artwork and production file links, quotes, approvals, schedules, production notes, and job status. It records the signed-in user's identifier and email with job changes. When QuickBooks is connected, the app reads company information, searches customer and service item records, creates and emails invoices, and checks invoice totals, email status, and balances. The app stores the selected customer's name, identifier and invoice email, the invoice request, invoice identifier, totals, and payment status.

Purpose and service providers

We use this information to quote orders, request payment through QuickBooks, plan paid jobs, track work, and maintain business records. The dashboard runs through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare storage. Scheduling uses our connected Google team calendar. Accounting and invoice delivery use Intuit QuickBooks. Information is shared with these services as needed for those functions and with authorized Utah Laser Pro team members. The dashboard does not contain advertising features or a function to sell this information.

Account access and security

The dashboard requires sign-in and is shared with the Utah Laser Pro workspace. Only its designated owner can configure the QuickBooks company connection. App credentials and QuickBooks authorization tokens are stored encrypted. Customer card numbers and bank account credentials are not collected by this dashboard; invoice payments take place through QuickBooks.

Retention and disconnection

Job, invoice, and change-history records remain for business recordkeeping. Disconnecting QuickBooks in the dashboard revokes the app's authorization and removes its stored integration credentials and tokens. It does not delete previous job records, audit history, or transactions held by QuickBooks. Contact Utah Laser Pro to request correction or deletion of dashboard information; business or accounting recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
