What is the minimum order for custom apparel?
Minimum quantities depend on the garment and decoration method. Enter your estimated quantity in the quote form, including the breakdown for mixed orders. We’ll confirm the applicable minimum and pricing for your project.
Which sizes and garment styles can I order?
We offer T-shirts, hoodies, hats and polos. Available sizes, colors and fits depend on the style and supplier availability. Include your size breakdown and preferred brand in the form so we can confirm options and any extended-size charges before you order.
Should I choose embroidery or direct to film printing?
Embroidery creates a stitched logo or lettering and is a popular choice for hats and business polos. DTF printing applies detailed, full-color artwork to compatible garments and works well for many T-shirt and hoodie designs. We’ll review your artwork and garment to recommend a suitable method. Can I combine T-shirts, hoodies, hats and polos in one request?
Yes. Select each garment type you want and list the quantities and sizes for each. You can request both embroidery and DTF printing; tell us which decoration method you prefer for each item.
What artwork should I send for a quote?
Send your original logo or the highest-quality artwork you have. Vector files such as AI or a vector PDF are helpful when available; high-resolution PNG artwork can also help us assess a printed design. Include your preferred print size and location. Can you help prepare my logo or design?
Yes. Design and artwork preparation are available. Embroidery may require digitizing your artwork into a stitch file. We’ll identify and quote any required design, preparation or digitizing work separately.
How long does custom apparel take?
We confirm estimated turnaround with your quote. Timing depends on garment availability, artwork approval, decoration method, quantity and the production schedule. Enter your requested completion date and tell us whether it is a firm event deadline. Contact us about rush availability.
Can you decorate more than one location?
Yes. Tell us the locations you want, such as left chest, full back, sleeve or hat front. Available locations depend on the garment and design. We’ll include the requested locations in your quote.
