Utah Laser Pro Orders License Agreement

This agreement covers Utah Laser Pro Orders, the internal sales and production dashboard operated by Utah Laser Pro.

Authorized use

Utah Laser Pro permits its authorized team members to use the dashboard for Utah Laser Pro orders, invoicing, scheduling, production tracking, and related business records. Access does not grant permission to use another company's QuickBooks data or to share customer records outside the authorized team.

User responsibilities

Keep account access secure. Use accurate customer details, approved prices, tax treatment, artwork approvals, and production dates. Review the customer and email recipient before requesting invoice creation and delivery. Full payment and the required production approvals must be confirmed before releasing a job. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use or attempt to bypass access controls.

QuickBooks and other services

A company administrator must authorize the QuickBooks connection. Invoices and payment collection are handled by QuickBooks under the company's QuickBooks settings and applicable Intuit terms. ChatGPT Sites and Google Calendar are separate services with their own terms. Utah Laser Pro Orders does not replace those agreements.

Availability and records

The dashboard is provided as available for internal business use. Service interruptions, integration errors, or delays can occur. The team must review unconfirmed actions and use the underlying QuickBooks or calendar records when resolving discrepancies. Utah Laser Pro may change the dashboard or suspend access.

Ending the connection

The designated dashboard owner may disconnect QuickBooks in the connection settings. Disconnection removes the app's stored credentials and tokens and does not erase existing job records or QuickBooks transactions. Contact sales@utahlaserpro.com for help or questions about this agreement.
